Who is Beauty Revolution?
We are a union of passionate men and women dedicated to the survival and progression of a truly PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY INDUSTRY. We are salon owners. Spa owners. Hairstylists. Educators. Distributors. Product developers and marketers. We are artists, musicians, designers and fashionistas. We are the cutting edge, the avant-garde, the outraged and the outrageous.
Above all, we are beauty professionals.
Like any self-respecting soldiers of change, we at Beauty Revolution have created a manifesto to guide our cause…
The Beauty Revolution Manifesto
In the spirit of love, truth, beauty and an equitable future for all, we declare:
- We will never forget our roots and those things that have kept our professional beauty industry strong.
- We will no longer tolerate diversion. We will not allow drug stores, department stores or other unauthorized channels and their middlemen to dilute, exploit, or hereby destroy the professional beauty industry.
- We will re-dedicate and re-educate ourselves in the name of beauty evolution. We will continue our enduring commitment to innovation through research, advancements, technology and trends.
- We will support the manufacturers, educators and guest artists who are devoted to ongoing and advanced education. We will strive to institute a support and reward system for everyone who continues their beauty education.
- We will immerse ourselves in synergistic industries including fashion, music, art, style and other creative energy sources, domestically and globally.
- We will respect and appreciate our peers, leaders and clients. Our positive energy will become the force that will bond us together and propel our cause forward.
- We will dedicate ourselves to the complete satisfaction of our customers, by upholding the principles of the Beauty Revolution and by raising awareness of the professional beauty industry worldwide.
- We pledge to give back to our communities through charitable donations, volunteerism and by supporting our fellow professionals and our fellow human beings. We will strive to make positive changes in the professional beauty industry and in the world.
- We will not rest until each and every member of the Beauty Revolution takes pride in our art, our profession and our way of life.
We pledge to become the Beauty Revolution and change the course of the professional beauty industry, fashion, music, art and style forever!
